In its verdict of May 12, 1998, the Landgericht (District Court) Hamburg has declared that the owner of a website who creates links to other websites may be held responsible for the contents of those linked websites. According to the court, this responsibility can only be averted if the owner of a website expressly dissociates himself from the contents of any linked websites.
On our website we have created links to other websites.
